Checkout and Ordering: After adding goods to your cart you can checkout securely as a register user or guest. Enter your full name and delivery address and postcode including a contact telephone number. We do not hold any credit card information whilst or after processing your payment through our website payment facilites are provided by paymentsense.co.uk and are fully PCI compliant.
Shipping & Delivery: All goods are shipped in protective packaging to avoid damage in transit. We usually deliver within 1-3 days. We reserve the right to exclude shipping from certain regions and/or addresses. All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom by Royal Mail or Courier. We deliver to most countries in Europe and Worldwide. At checkout stage shipping will be calculated to your destination address, unless otherwise stated. Free Shipping is only available on marked products and applies to the United Kingdom only. When ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Additionally, please note that when ordering you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Returns & Replacements: If not fully satisfied with your item within 7 days you may return it under the Distance Selling Regulations Act. Keep packing & delivery notes, return all items intact in a resaleable condition. A full refund will be given deducting delivery, all Free Gifts must be returned unopened in a resaleable condition. We reserve the right to deduct the Free Gifts rrp listed within the listing from a refunded item if not returned in this manner. Genuinely faulty goods replaced/refunded, but we must be advised on receipt within one day. If the item is found to be faulty, after this time electrical products carry a manufacturers guarantee. No exchange or refund for any item after 30 days. Perfect items can be exchanged within 7 days, with postage costs paid by buyer (returned unopened and/or unused in a resaleable manner) Goods marked carry a 12 to 24 months warranty included in the box, please call us if you have any questions. Full or part refunds will be made by the original payment method this maybe subject to a delay from your local banking terms.

Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated during checkout, Goods will not be shipped untill full payment has been received. Payment is automatically authorised online and your credit/debit card will be charged when the order is accepted. If we take a card payment over the phone, the details will be entered directly into the card machine, no record of your details will be kept. For pre-order items, your credit/debit card will be charged at the time when your order is placed. You product will be dispatched as soon as it is available.
